Anxiety, Depression and Trauma therapy for adults who want
greater professional and personal success in their lives.

There's no need to "go it alone" when finding our way through depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma. Difficult emotions and troublesome behavior patterns interfere with personal and professional success. I bring an open heart, joy and over 15 years of experience working with adults of all backgrounds and ages who want to feel better and improve their relationships with themselves and others.

Clients I work with seek help in a variety of areas of life for example; personal relationships, work place issues, professional development, college transitions, relationship with food and body image, family life, spirituality, dating, culture, addictions, medical issues, aging, grief and loss, and LGBTQ issues. Therapy is a partnership and together we can develop a plan that matches your needs with effective treatment that goes beyond talk therapy with EMDR, mindfulness, somatic therapy and other modalities.

The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.

It doesn’t have to get that bad to get help.

Do you often feel alone when you’re struggling?

Are there times when you feel your life is a mess when in fact you show up appearing to haveit all together?

Do you find yourself under-functioning when you feel you have greater capability?

Often when we’re struggling it’s difficult to see who we are. We can feel as though we’re completely alone and stuck or that our life is a mess. While life is messy at times, therapy can help change our view so that we can see a new perspective, realize we’re not the only one and that help and support are available. Humans are wired for connection and yet it can sometimes be difficult to risk connecting with others. On the outside we might come off as put together but on the inside feeling burdened by negative thoughts and difficult emotions. Ultimately the most important relationship is the connection we have to our core self. I like to think of this as an internal higher power. Psychotherapy can help a person reconnect and grow their sense of self and in turn improve their personal and professional lives.

Welcome to a path of healing
and possibilities.
